缅甸造山带中缅地球物理观测项目(一期)

2015年,中国科学院地质与地球物理研究所与缅甸地球科学学会联合,在缅甸造山带实施了中缅地球物理观测项目一期,以探索缅甸下方的深层结构,研究陆陆碰撞后的大陆俯冲动力学。


在该项目的支持下,从2016年6月至2018年2月,我们在缅甸部署了第一个大尺度流动地震台阵。该地震台阵包含71个临时台站,从西到东覆盖缅甸中部(21.6°N-23.9°N和93.1°E-97.3°E)。该台阵由一个东西走向的线性子台阵和二维主干网络组成。线性子台阵长400 km,穿过缅甸的主要构造单元。具体从Rezua的西部,印缅山脉的缅甸-印度边界,往东穿过中央盆地和实皆断层,最后到达掸邦高原的Hsipaw。总共部署了38个台站,每个台站之间间隔10-15公里。二维主干网由33个台站组成,台站间距30-50 km,覆盖印缅山脉和中央盆地的250km×320km区域 (图1,图2,图3)。


二维主干台阵的所有台站和东西走向线性子台阵中的13个台站均配备了Nanometrics Trillium 120PA宽频带地震计,带宽从50 Hz到120 s,而线性子台阵的其他台站配备了Guralp CMG-3ESP宽频带地震计,频率从50 Hz至30/60 s。所有台站都配备了REF TEK 130数字记录仪。考虑到缅甸农村的电力短缺,每个台站都配备了两个60W的太阳能电池板和一个70Ah或100Ah的电池,这具体取决于雨季的道路情况(图4)。地震台阵实验室的技术人员、中国科学院地质与地球物理研究所的研究人员和缅甸地球科学学会的同事每3个月收集一次地震数据。在18个月的观测期间,共收集了457G的连续数据,这些数据清楚地记录了低噪声条件下的地震。
